With the great development of Viet A Trading Industrial Technique Co., Ltd, we are expanding our business and want to seek for candidates appropriate with the General accountant position to serve the increasing demands of the market.

Job descriptions

-Take procedures for goods delivery and goods receipt
- Check documents of request for goods delivery and goods receipt by regulations.
- Record receipt and delivery for customers.
- Receive shipping documents, request for goods delivery, circulate accounting documents by regulations.
- Strictly monitor the inventory on books and in reality

- Daily collection and expenditures; check accounts and figures at the end of each month

- Take charge of duties related to banks, money transfer in foreign currency

- Track and collect debts. Monitor the import/export of invoices, documents

- Make daily, monthly, quarterly and internal reports when requested by the Board of Directors

*Job requirements

- Graduated from Colleges - Universities in major of Finance, Accounting.

- Experience: 1 - 2 years
- Be careful, honest, enthusiastic and dynamic, active at work, highly responsible.
- Be proficient in Excel, office informatics and accounting software.
- Have a good knowledge of rules and regulations on finance, accounting, and tax policies.

- Age: 22 - 30

- Mode: Full-time employee

- Probationary period: 2 months

- Work hours: Administrative hours, days off on Saturdays (work under the arrangements of the Company with 02 working days and 02 holidays) and Sundays.
